Plant Health Control
ensuring the insects and animals normally associated with plants in the environment are kept at bay. Seasonal planting and fertilising / lawn dressing in spring to keep the garden areas fresh and beautiful. Options to provide a transition to an indigenous garden are offered to convert the garden into a low maintenance and low cost environment.
Pool Maintenance
common swimming pool maintenance is inclusive of the basic services of cleaning, backwashing, re-filling of water and chlorine applications. Management services will include monitoring the pools and advise of problems or issues that may require external specialists. Additional water features may also be managed and maintained.
Property Maintenance
management services can include estate management of other services such as security and utilities in small estates only. Whilst the Uzuri services are normally provided for common areas of the estate, options can exist to provide services for the private areas as well.

Almost every Residential Estate desires a professional, reliable property and landscape maintenance company to manage and maintain their estates. This is vital in ensuring the growing investment of all the properties within the estate.

Our designated Estate Manager will be available 7 days a week with Immediate response and turnaround time for any issues.
Gardening equipment service
We source all supplies needed for the gardeners. We also maintain and service garden machines, and repair when necessary.
We take care of everything for you
We liaise with different departments on your behalf for any issues pertaining to the estate, including liaising with Insurance companies of the Estate on all claims.
Additional services at no cost
We offer free landscaping consultations and advice to all residents. Free creation of new flowerbeds and Tree Felling at no cost to the complex.

Jacqui Larsen
Estate Manager
Uzuris’s own Jacque Larsen has been the Estate Manager at MorningView for the past 4 and a half years. Her passion for gardening and her superb organizational skills, coupled with her vested interest in the complex have made her a perfect fit for the role of Estate Manager. The immaculate verges and beautifully maintained park are a testament to Jacques’s attention to detail and passion for her work. She and Sipho have worked diligently to ensure that the park and complex look fantastic at all times. In addition to the verges and park maintenance, Jacque has enjoyed assisting the residents with their landscaping projects. She has created beautiful flowerbeds in the park and cultivated a variety of succulents that are freely offered to the residents for their own gardens. Jacque’s reaction time is exceptional. She is onsite and ready to assist the residents and the guards with any situation that may arise. She has expertly handled burst geysers; faulty electric fencing; burst water pipes; power failures and many other day to day emergencies that have arisen over her time as Estate Manager. Jacque has built strong, trust-based relationships with both staff and residents throughout the complex over the past 4 and a half years. Her willingness to jump in and help out and her ability to find effective solutions are what have made Uzuri successful.
Sipho Mpofu
Landscape Designer
With over 20 years of experience in gardening, Sipho is brilliant at landscape design. He is responsible for preparing accurate, highly creative landscape design solutions to suit a variety of site conditions and client preferences. Sipho's primary focus is on designing uniquely desirable living spaces, diverse in style, within a rugged, and naturalized environment. He Performs site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the house.
